By accessing or using NextGenGrowth, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
NextGenGrowth may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
2. Eligibility
The platform is intended for students, learners, creators, brands, businesses, and authorized representatives. You must provide accurate information and use the platform for lawful purposes only.
If you are under 18, you should use the platform only with appropriate parent, guardian, or institutional permission where required.
3. Accounts and verification
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- You must not impersonate another person, brand, institution, or company.
- Brands may be manually verified before they can post projects or access certain features.
- Students may be asked to complete payout KYC before receiving payouts.
- We may restrict accounts that appear fraudulent, unsafe, incomplete, or in violation of these terms.
4. Projects, applications, and delivery
- Brands should post clear project requirements, budgets, timelines, resources, and acceptance expectations.
- Students should apply honestly based on their skills and submit original work by agreed timelines.
- Brands are responsible for reviewing applications fairly and communicating necessary project resources.
- Once a student is selected, both sides should use platform workspaces and documented links wherever possible to keep work traceable.
- NextGenGrowth may assist with workflow, visibility, and dispute review, but we are not the employer of students or the agency of brands unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
5. Payments, fees, and payouts
Payments may be processed through Razorpay or other payment partners. You agree that payment processing can be subject to the payment partner's own terms, settlement timelines, risk checks, and failure handling.
- Brands must pay the agreed amount through supported payment flows when paying students through the platform.
- Students must provide accurate payout details. Wrong or incomplete payout information may delay payment.
- NextGenGrowth may maintain records of payment, earning, and payout status for accounting, safety, and support.
- Any platform fee, commission, or service charge will be communicated where applicable.
6. Content, work product, and intellectual property
Students retain ownership of their pre-existing materials, portfolios, templates, and know-how. Brands retain ownership of their brand assets, confidential resources, and project materials.
Unless agreed otherwise between the brand and student, final rights in paid work may transfer to the brand after full payment is completed. Students may showcase work in portfolios only when it does not violate confidentiality, brand instructions, or applicable law.
7. Acceptable conduct
You must not misuse NextGenGrowth. This includes:
- Posting false, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, illegal, or unsafe content.
- Requesting unpaid work while representing it as a paid opportunity.
- Submitting copied, stolen, infringing, or AI-generated work without disclosure where disclosure is expected.
- Trying to bypass platform safety, payment verification, rate limits, authentication, or account controls.
- Harassing users, sharing private information without permission, or using the platform for spam.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
NextGenGrowth is provided on an "as available" basis. We work to keep the platform reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect matching, guaranteed earnings, guaranteed hiring, or specific business results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextGenGrowth will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create platform risk, misuse payments, submit fraudulent KYC, or harm other users. Users may stop using the platform at any time.
