1. Overview
NextGenGrowth is a platform that connects brands with skilled students for digital projects, learning opportunities, communication, submissions, and payments. We only collect information that helps us run the platform safely and professionally.
This policy applies when you visit our website, create an account, post or apply to projects, use dashboards, submit work, contact support, complete payout KYC, or use our AI assistant.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, role, password hash, Google sign-in ID where applicable, avatar, college, year, company name, and brand links.
- Profile information: skills, bio, portfolio links, LinkedIn links, service needs, student work history, application history, ratings, and public profile details you choose to provide.
- Project and workspace information: project descriptions, budgets, applications, acceptance decisions, resources, submission notes, submission links, and delivery status.
- Payment and payout information: payment order details, payment status, Razorpay payment IDs, payout KYC status, bank account holder name, bank name, IFSC, masked bank account number, UPI ID, and encrypted bank account details where required.
- Support and communication: messages you send to us, email delivery logs, OTP verification records, and AI assistant messages.
- Technical data: basic device, browser, log, and security information that helps us operate and protect the service.
3. How we use information
- To create accounts, verify email addresses, authenticate users, and keep dashboards working.
- To match students with projects, show applications to brands, and show relevant project opportunities to students.
- To manually verify brand accounts and review student payout KYC before payouts.
- To create payment orders, verify payment signatures, maintain transaction records, and update student earnings.
- To send important emails such as OTPs, application updates, workspace notifications, payment confirmations, and support replies.
- To improve safety, prevent abuse, debug errors, and maintain platform reliability.
5. Payments and payout KYC
Brand payments are processed through Razorpay or similar payment infrastructure. NextGenGrowth does not store full card numbers, CVV, or net banking credentials. Payment confirmation data such as order IDs, payment IDs, amount, and status may be stored for reconciliation and support.
Student payout KYC details are collected so students can be paid for approved work. Sensitive bank account information is encrypted in our database, while limited masked details may be displayed to the student for confirmation and to authorized admins for payout review.
6. Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards such as password hashing, token-based authentication, encrypted sensitive payout fields, restricted admin access, and secure payment verification.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain accurate project and payment records. OTP records and temporary verification records may be deleted sooner.
7. Your choices
You can update many profile details from your dashboard. You may contact us to request correction, account review, deletion, or help with payout details. Some records, especially payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute records, may need to be retained where legally or operationally required.
